Fiber to the Home (FTTH):

Fiber to the home (FTTH) is the delivery of a communications signal over optical fiber from the operator’s switching equipment all the way to a home or business, thereby replacing existing copper infrastructure such as telephone wires and coaxial cable.

The new fiber technology, will answer all your current and future high bandwidth needs, both for downloads or uploads, allowing you to connect all of your devices at home simultaneously while enjoying high definition streaming quality and uploading your photos and videos in seconds or minutes.

* Fiber Line Cost: 765,000 LBP + VAT
* Standard fiber modem one-time fee: $120 + VAT for ZHONE and $75 + VAT for HUAWEI or NOKIA
* Standard installation on-time fee: 35$ per user (within greater Beirut area)
* Outside Beirut area installation fee depends on site inspection

(1) If you exceed the indicated CAP (GB) of your plan, you will be charged an over consumption fee at a
rate of 30,000 LBP +VAT per extra GB usage. Note that the indicated CAP (GB) of your plan is the sum of upload and download volume.

(a) Applicable to selected Libatech Fiber plans with monthly fee 600,000 LBP
(b) Once the UTAM service activated, the subscriber will benefit from an unlimited consumption between 0:00 and 07:00 am every day for the duration of the current internet subscription.
(c) The UTAM service will always expire at the end of the current billing cycle (whether this was due to the end of the billing cycle or because of the monthly quota traffic consumption), irrespective of the UTAM feature activation date, and will have to be renewed when or after the fiber subscription has been renewed.
(d) The UTAM service can be stopped at any time upon subscriber request.

(a) For any cancellation of existing services, kindly contact Libatech customer care (a signed cancellation form should be submitted), libatech cannot process any cancellation without receiving a properly filled cancellation form.
(b) Libatech or third party is not responsible for any internal or external wiring work inside or outside the building.
(c) Libatech or third party is not responsible and hold harmless from any and all liability, loss, claim, damage, cost or expense of whatever nature, from using the services.
(d) A prorated fee will be charged only for the first month of service depending on the service activation date with a minimum charge of 300,000 LBP.
(e) If you wish to cancel your FIBER Service, a cancellation fee of 30,000 + VAT will apply. All Libatech FIBER services and accounts must be paid in full before cancellation is complete. cancellation request form should be submitted no later than the 24th of every month.
(f) If the account is cancelled due to non-payment of monthly fees or any other reason, you will have to pay an additional 765,000 LBP + VAT re-connecting fee to re-activate your account. Re-connection delays may apply.
(g) In the event an account is put on hold for less than 3 months, a reactivation fee equal to 100,000 + vat is required to remove the hold status.
(h) Billing cycle commences 5 days after notifying the customer that his servive is ready for FIBER connection.

(1) The fees are the current fees published by Libatech in its official list price, which may be modified from time to time. Charges of fees associated with canceled, closed or terminating accounts are not prorated. Accounting cycle begins the first of each month.
(2) All payments shall be due in advance of receiving services.
(3) Payment is due at the beginning of each billing cycle.
(4) Any unpaid account balance by the beginning of the next accounting cycle shall be delinquent and subject to 5.0% interest per month.
(5) Accounts that are delinquent may be terminated and deleted.
(6) There is a 500,000 LBP service charge for each returned payment.
(7) Libatech will publish a notice of fee increases 10 days before such increases take effect.
