Asymmetric digital subscriber line (ADSL) is a type of DSL broadband communications technology used for connecting to the Intermet. ADSL allows more data to be sent over existing copper telephone lines (POTS), when compared to traditional modem lines.

(a) For any cancellation of existing services, kindly contact Libatech customer care (a signed cancellation form should be submitted), Libatech cannot process any cancellation without receiving a properly filled cancellation form.

(b) Libatech or third party is not responsible for any internal or external wiring work inside or outside the building.

(c) A prorated fee will be charged only for the first month of service depending on the service activation date with a minimum charge of 200,000 LBP.

(d)  If you wish to cancel your ADSL Service, a cancellation fee of 30,000 LBP + VAT will apply. All Libatech ADSL services and accounts must be paid in full before cancellation is complete. Cancellation request form should be submitted to Libatech’s offices no later than the 24th of every month.

(e)  if the account is cancelled due to non-payment of monthly fees or any other reasons, you will have to pay an additional 30,000 + VAT re-connection fee to re-activate your account. Re-connection delays may apply.

(f) The billing cycle commences 5 days after notifying the customer that his phone line is ready for a DSL connection.

(g) All plans are treated under the fair usage policy.

(h) It’s important to know: the more speed you can get is affected by your distance from the central office and the quality of your copper line.

(i) A 50,000 LBP collection charge applies on monthly payments made by delivery or 10,000.00 LBP by Western Union option – OMT.

1. If you exceed the indicated CAP (GB) of your plan, you will be charged an over consumption fee at a rate of 30,000 LBP + VAT per extra GB Usage. Note that the indicated cap (GB) of your plan is the sum of upload and download volume.
2. An optional pack is required for each additional telephone socket at your premises. Every telephone handset should have a splitter connected to it in order to avoid noise and interference.
